Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Your right to cancel
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, no questions asked. Contact us at hello@kariniti.com or +972-50-477-7473.

Once we receive the returned item in its original, unused condition and packaging, we will issue a full refund within 14 days including the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the buyers expense.

Cancellation fee
A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS whichever is lower may apply.

Extended cancellation period
Customers who are seniors age 65 and above have a disability or are new immigrants residing in Israel for less than 5 years and who had a direct conversation with us prior to purchase are entitled to cancel within 4 months of receiving the product.

Items that cannot be returned
Custom or personalized products perishable goods and digital products that have been downloaded or accessed are not eligible for return.

Defective or wrong items? Return shipping is on us. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
